I'm Sherod Taylor a Platform Engineering Team Lead @ Bloomberg.

We're all about making life easier for Bloomberg Engineering. We provide the tools and framework needed to create and run managed cluster workflows. This means we help deliver the necessary infrastructure quickly, reliably, and in a way that's easy to understand.

Prior to that, I worked as a Software Engineer at itBit and Paxos. I used various technologies including Node.js, Python, Golang, Kotlin, React, and AWS, to name a few.

Early in my career, I was a Software Engineer at Madison Reed, where I developed a fully custom CMS with Angular, MongoDB, and stylus that allowed us to focus on getting more features completed instead of having to build new landing pages.
